Certified Organic
Vines planted in 1989 and 1998 at 350-540 meters above sea level
Grapes are selected and picked by hand at the beginning of September
Fruit is soft-pressed with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation taking place in French oak, followed by maturation in French oak prior to bottling
Average production is approximately 650-850 cases annually
