Born in Beine, like many generations of his family, Christophe Patrice works on the family domain near his father and his uncle’s withholdings. In 2007 Christophe decided to follow his own path, setting up his own 5-hectare domain. In 2011 Christophe and his wife Aurelie decided to expand their Domain. Together they purchased the Daniel Roblot domain and created Domain Christophe-Patrice, now 19-hectare estate. The vineyards are in the village of Beine, Courgis, and Chablis. The wines from Chablis are exclusively Chardonnay growing on a rich calcareous soil.

Tasting Notes: This wine has a golden dress, a fine and intense nose with aromas of white flower and citrus fruit on a mineral background (flint, gunflint). The palate is balanced, very dry, with mouthwatering acidity. A good attack that persists in a delightful fashion.
