A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Merlot is only planted on Clay and limestone soil. The wine was vinified and aged in Barrel by Hubert de Boüard, who's a Merlot specialist! The 2000 possesses naturally evolved nose with plum, tobacco with beautiful softened oak integration. The palate is well structured and has good balance and silky tannins, great long finish! Which call us for another glass.... the perfect example of how Bordeaux wines can age in magnificent way.
